Description

Five9 is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in AI focused on the front end of its Voice of Customer product. The role builds React/Redux-based customer-facing insights dashboards, charts, drill-down views, and AI-powered interfaces; contributes to requirements, architecture, scalable PaaS applications, and production code ownership; and requires hands-on experience with AI technologies. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of software development experience

Experience applying modern UI design patterns and separating concerns in distributed systems
