Description
Litmus is hiring a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Golang to develop southbound connectors that enable its edge platform to communicate reliably with PLCs, industrial control systems, and IIoT devices. The role involves building Golang-based integrations across protocols such as OPC-UA, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and DNP3; implementing error handling, fault tolerance, testing, diagnostics, logging, and monitoring; troubleshooting communication issues; and collaborating with product, OT/controls, and software engineering teams. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, hands-on experience with industrial integrations and protocols, strong Golang proficiency, at least five years of relevant software engineering experience, and knowledge of networking, real-time communication, and industrial automation environments.
