Description
The Backend Platform Engineer will own the reliability, scale, performance, developer experience, uptime, latency, provisioning speed, infrastructure costs, and incident response of core platform services. The role builds and maintains AWS infrastructure with Terraform, Kubernetes/EKS, Docker, and related services; designs scalable backend systems; improves observability and on-call workflows; and develops CI/CD, release automation, environment management, and production code. Candidates need at least two years of platform, backend, or infrastructure experience, production AWS and containerized-systems experience, and strong backend engineering judgment. The position is on-site in Singapore and offers a salary of USD 150,000 to 250,000 annually, with visa sponsorship available.
