Description

Lattice is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Infrastructure Platform team to design, build, and operate AWS-based cloud infrastructure and internal developer platforms. The role covers Kubernetes, distributed systems, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, TypeScript services, reliability, incident response, and technical leadership, with mentorship responsibilities. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience
Deep AWS experience in production environments

Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment workflows
Experience with observability, metrics, logs, traces, alerting, and SLOs
Experience leading technical initiatives with multiple stakeholders
