Gigs is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Integrations to own complex backend problems and build robust, scalable integrations for its telco operating system. The role focuses on Ruby-based API and external-system integration, asynchronous flows, distributed state, data validation, observability, incident response, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have backend and API experience, strong English communication skills, and be comfortable using AI to review and improve generated code; European language proficiency is a plus. The position supports regular time in a Gigs hub, occasional travel, and some remote work.
