Lyft is hiring a Mobile Engineer on its Mobile Foundations team to build and maintain scalable iOS infrastructure, including networking, architecture, UI frameworks, shared components, and developer tools. The role collaborates with designers, Android, Web, and other mobile teams; supports iOS engineers; refactors the codebase; and contributes to open-source projects. It requires strong Swift, UIKit, declarative UI, and collaborative experience, with SwiftUI, unidirectional and reactive programming, and open-source contributions as bonuses. The position is in-office on a hybrid schedule in the San Francisco area, with a base salary of $148,000-$185,000 USD.
