Description
The Engineer, 2 develops and enhances financial technology solutions by translating requirements into functional software across the full software development lifecycle. The role involves coding, testing, code reviews, incident response, performance and scalability improvements, UI/UX enhancements, mentoring Associate Software Engineers and Engineer, 1, and collaborating across teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent relevant experience, plus 5–8 years of related software development experience; 8+ years is preferred. The position is hybrid, includes an on-call rotation covering evenings or weekends, and reports to a manager or above.
