The Senior Software Engineer for Java will develop and maintain server applications, RESTful APIs, and enterprise web services, ensuring functionality, security, performance, and bug-free operation. The role includes analyzing requirements, writing code and unit tests, collaborating with teams and clients, maintaining systems, researching technologies, leading software engineers, mentoring junior staff, and evaluating candidates. The position requires a BS degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, 3–7 years of related professional experience, Spring Boot and Hibernate expertise, microservices experience, and experience with PostgreSQL, AWS, Terraform, Linux, shell scripting, and related technologies.
