Description
The Backend Engineer will join a Java and AI-enabled digital health team to develop on-premise components, cloud microservices, and integrations; design, test, and deploy architecture and product features; support monitoring and troubleshooting; and promote secure development practices. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 6–7+ years of backend development experience, extensive Java and Spring expertise, cloud and containerization knowledge, and experience in a regulated environment. It is a full-time permanent remote position based in Ireland or Romania, with no Irish or Romanian work permits or visa sponsorship available.
