The Backend Software Engineer will develop and deliver scalable software solutions, collaborate on technical discussions and application architecture, contribute across the product development lifecycle, maintain code quality through reviews, and share knowledge with the team. The role requires Java, relational and non-relational databases, caching, integrations, messaging, workflows, microservices and monolithic architectures, and on-premise cloud experience; Node.js and React are differentiators.
