Delivery Hero is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Java (Category Management) to build and optimize scalable distributed systems for its global product catalog and category management platform. The role covers master product databases, catalog management, campaign management, ad-serving and ad-booking systems, and other back-office applications supporting quick commerce. Candidates should be Java or Kotlin experts in distributed systems, have at least four years of Spring Boot or similar Java framework experience, and be comfortable with CI/CD, automated testing, microservices, and related technologies. The position follows a hybrid model with two days per week in the Berlin campus.
