Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for L2/L3 Datapath Forwarding. The role is onsite at an HPE office and involves translating customer requirements into software design, developing complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 packet-forwarding features, debugging microkernel and Linux issues, sustaining existing features, and supporting complex customer issues. Candidates need a B.E. or B.Tech in CS/EE, 7 to 9 years of experience, strong C/C++/Python and networking skills, and familiarity with router/switch or datapath ASIC software development.
