HR WORKS Austria is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own product problems from discovery through production, using Python, Django, Django REST Framework, Django Ninja, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. The role covers full-stack development, architecture, testing, observability, technical leadership, and collaboration with Product, UX, Requirements Engineering, QA, and Platform teams. It requires solid software engineering experience, strong Python and Django skills, practical React and TypeScript experience, reliable API design, automated testing, clear communication, and English fluency; German is a plus.
