Snapp is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build reliable, scalable backend and data systems for its Map products. The role focuses on high-throughput services, distributed systems, geospatial data, APIs, and production systems, with responsibilities spanning design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, performance optimization, on-call support, and mentoring. The position requires strong Golang and distributed-systems experience, along with knowledge of databases, caching, message brokers, cloud and container technologies, and production observability.
