Description
GovWell is hiring a Mobile Engineer to build and scale native iOS and Android applications for government staff and residents. The role involves creating reliable field and citizen-facing mobile experiences, handling connectivity and offline scenarios, defining native mobile standards, and shaping future workflows. The engineer will report to the CTO and Co-Founder, work in a hybrid arrangement with at least three days per week in the New York City office, and use Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, React, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, RedwoodJS, AWS, and the OpenAI API. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, equity or stock options, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) program, and flexible PTO.
