Compass is hiring an experienced iOS Engineer to lead technical work on its residential real estate platform. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams; defining and delivering complex projects; making technical trade-offs; performing code and design reviews; writing tests; maintaining scalable and well-monitored systems; and mentoring junior engineers. The position requires a BS in computer science or equivalent practical experience, at least 8 years of professional iOS development experience, expertise in modern Swift practices, and experience with AI tools, RESTful services, and Scrum/Agile methodologies. Base pay is $176,000-$196,100, with bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
