Description
GovTech is hiring a Software Engineer to independently own software features and technical work across multiple product components. The role involves delivering features and proofs of concept, writing and reviewing maintainable code, expanding unit and integration test coverage, addressing technical debt, improving CI/CD and deployment pipelines, monitoring post-deployment impact, participating in incident triage, and responsibly reviewing AI-generated code. The position requires demonstrated software-building ability, abstract programming skills, collaborative communication, and initiative, and is offered as a two-year fixed-term contract with flexible work arrangements.
