The role partners with operators to understand workflows, translates operational needs into technical requirements, and leads end-to-end projects from discovery through rollout and iteration. Responsibilities include architecting and building tools and workflows, balancing speed and quality, collaborating with operators, engineering, and product teams, and mentoring other engineers.
