Bot Auto is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Operation Platforms to architect and build the core software platforms that coordinate autonomous trucking operations. The role focuses on scheduler, dispatcher, vehicle console, ATC, and TMS systems; durable object models, state machines, lifecycle logic, authority boundaries, real-time operator tools, backend services, APIs, event-driven integrations, and safety-critical workflows. The engineer will partner with autonomy, operations, product, and physical-layer teams and lead engineering excellence through system design, testing, observability, and mentorship.
