DRW is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its options trading desk to design, build, test, and maintain data-intensive desktop applications and reusable libraries using C# and modern .NET. The role involves improving application performance, reliability, concurrency, and data pipelines; collaborating with quantitative researchers, traders, and other developers; owning software through its full lifecycle; and using AI-assisted development tools. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline or relevant experience, at least five years of professional software development experience, and substantial C#/.NET desktop application experience. The position offers an annual base salary of $175,000 to $250,000, a discretionary bonus, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, life, and other benefits.
