Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Belgrade team to build and scale an Over-the-Air (OTA) platform for electric vehicles. The role owns significant backend and frontend features, designs scalable distributed-systems solutions, maintains reliability and observability, deploys containerized services in AWS and Kubernetes, and conducts code and design reviews. Candidates need five years of professional software development experience, a four-year college or university degree in a relevant field, and experience with Java, Go, or Python; React, TypeScript, and GraphQL; distributed systems and REST APIs; relational and NoSQL databases; and AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
