People's Association is hiring a Senior Software Architect to serve as the technical authority for citizen-centric digital services. The role owns solution architecture, makes authoritative technology and integration decisions, provides technical governance, mentors engineering teams, manages architectural risks, and shapes multi-year technical strategy. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, 6–12+ years of software engineering or IT experience including at least 3 years in a technical lead or principal engineer role, and strong cloud, microservices, API, security, containerisation, DevSecOps, and data architecture expertise. The position is on a two-year fixed-term contract and offers flexible work arrangements.
