Payflip is hiring a Software Engineer to join its Payroll squad and build a greenfield backend payroll engine connecting the Payflip platform to Belgian payroll systems. The role focuses on backend and infrastructure work, including API and data-model design, third-party integrations, asynchronous processing, idempotent syncing, Windows Server environments, and Azure Terraform provisioning. The engineer will collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams and contribute to engineering culture and practices.
