MUFG is hiring a Senior Software Engineer with payment check processing experience to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions while maintaining and improving existing code. The role requires extensive production support and development experience in financial check-processing applications, complex SQL, Java, Python, Linux/Windows scripting, application architecture, Unix/Linux environments, and Agile team management. The engineer will work onsite four days per week and remotely one day, with base pay of $140,000–$205,000 in New York or New Jersey and $140,000–$188,000 elsewhere.
