Zoox is hiring a GPU Performance Engineer to instrument, monitor, analyze, and optimize GPU-based algorithms used in its motion planner. The role focuses on identifying GPU hotspots, adapting planners across GPU architectures, optimizing machine learning models for latency and memory usage, and supporting engineers as a subject matter expert on CUDA and GPU performance. Candidates need a computer science or related bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of experience, strong CUDA and C++ knowledge, and experience with complex multiprocess systems.
