The role focuses on identifying workflow friction, architecting and refactoring code, optimizing databases and message systems, managing Kubernetes and ArgoCD deployments, improving DORA metrics, and mentoring engineers. It requires 8+ years of software engineering experience, platform or developer-experience experience, and expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, React.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, and ArgoCD.
