HackerOne is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Platform to develop AI-powered security capabilities, including the Hai security agent. The role involves building cloud-based execution platforms, agent frameworks, memory and RAG services, observability, APIs, and distributed systems; evaluating model behavior; and collaborating with Product, Security Research, and Customer Success. Candidates must have at least five years of software engineering experience, cloud and distributed-systems experience, and familiarity with AI/ML deployment and MLOps concepts. The position is based in Seattle, Austin, Boston, or Washington, DC, with one onsite day per week, and offers a $182,000–$222,000 annual compensation range plus equity.
