C3 AI is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Data organization within the Platform Engineering department. The role focuses on designing and developing scalable infrastructure, data pipelines, distributed systems, APIs, connectors, and AI/ML platform components for petabyte-scale applications. Responsibilities include integrating cloud datastores, file systems, Spark, Ray, Pandas, and other data science technologies, while also developing production models and reliability-tracking frameworks. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of software experience, strong programming and distributed-systems skills, and familiarity with public cloud platforms.
