The role partners with product, security, and engineering teams, owns quality through testing and observability, and focuses on improving developer velocity. Candidates need at least five years of production backend software engineering experience, Go, cloud platform, Kubernetes, service mesh, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, and shared-platform experience. The position offers a $158,000–$190,000 annual target compensation range and remote-hybrid work from Boston or home.
