Description
Decagon is hiring a founding Platform Engineer, Security to design, build, and operate secure, multi-tenant infrastructure for its conversational AI platform. The role focuses on secure service creation, Terraform and GitOps, automation, observability, secrets management, IAM, automated remediation, and translating enterprise compliance requirements into technical controls. It requires 5+ years of production infrastructure experience, cloud expertise, infrastructure-as-code proficiency, systems programming, secure container and Kubernetes practices, and incident-response experience. Compensation is $200,000–$400,000 plus equity, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, parental leave, and other benefits.
