Description
Blue Origin is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to architect and build PoP control-plane network services for TeraWave, a satellite communications network. The role involves designing highly available, low-latency microservices for subscriber provisioning and session management; building stateful distributed services across terrestrial data centers and orbital nodes; and developing high-throughput SQL, NoSQL, and time-series database schemas for telemetry. Candidates need 8+ years of experience and expert proficiency in C++, Rust, or Go, plus deep knowledge of distributed systems, consensus algorithms, caching, and messaging. Preferred experience includes Kubernetes, service mesh, resiliency patterns, event-driven architecture, and observability tools.
