TactWare is hiring a full-time Senior Software Engineer to support the Precision Fires program for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Center at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. The role involves designing, developing, integrating, testing, and modernizing embedded software for mission-critical military systems, with responsibilities spanning requirements analysis, C/C++ development, automated testing, system troubleshooting, Agile collaboration, and technical guidance. Candidates must hold an active Secret security clearance, be U.S. citizens, have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and possess extensive software engineering experience, including C/C++, embedded or real-time systems, Linux, Git, and Agile development.
