Description
Lithic is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Product Platform team, which owns the foundational API layer used by other Lithic products. The role involves writing reliable, secure, and scalable backend code; improving system reliability; owning projects from planning through launch; and leading improvements to systems and processes. The position requires at least four years of production backend experience, familiarity with Rust or willingness to learn it, API design and product-thinking experience, and strong remote collaboration skills. It is a remote role available to candidates in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic, with an annual US salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 plus equity.
