Pivotal Health is hiring a Backend Platform Engineer to own and operate platform components such as identity and access, APIs, schemas, authorization, messaging infrastructure, and data pipelines. The role focuses on designing scalable, reliable, extensible systems; improving monitoring and testing; reducing operational toil; and partnering with product, data, and infrastructure teams.
