Description
Plaid is hiring a Product Security Engineer to design and build production-grade security services, libraries, and frameworks that automate vulnerability management, dependency and remediation workflows, and secure development controls. The role focuses on owning the VM Orchestration service, partnering with product and engineering teams, improving security posture through tooling and incident response, and educating other engineers. Candidates need at least five years of experience building and scaling production services, along with software architecture, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and security tooling experience.
