Description
PMAT is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Programmer Engineer – Level III) to design, develop, integrate, and deploy production software for mission-critical Department of Defense systems. The role covers modern software architectures, microservices, event-driven and serverless patterns, Git workflows, automated testing, secure CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes and cloud environments, and DevSecOps. It requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, U.S. citizenship, at least five years of software-development experience, and two years of DevSecOps and resilient DoD software-architecture experience. The position is onsite in San Diego, California, with possible work in laboratories, vessels, and government facilities.
