Description
Bloomberg is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for its Proxy & Connectivity Platform in Dublin. The role owns the software platform and the proxy and observability infrastructure it manages, including deployment, configuration, validation, monitoring, automation, production operations, on-call support, and collaboration with internal users. The engineer will help establish the team’s architecture, operating model, and engineering standards while building reliable infrastructure software. Python and Go are helpful, but strong software engineering judgment and experience with production software or infrastructure platforms are emphasized; prior proxy, network observability, or network security experience is not required.
