Capital.com is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Python / AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain internal tools, APIs, AI-driven automation workflows, and system integrations. The role focuses on building AI agents, multi-step agent flows, automated decision-support systems, LLM integrations, data processing, and secure, reliable software for internal business operations. The engineer will collaborate with Engineering, Security, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and other teams, while contributing to CI/CD, testing, performance, observability, security, and architectural decisions.
