Description
EvolutionIQ is hiring a Software Engineer to design and deliver the customer-facing application layer for its growing AI solutions. The role owns the full lifecycle of complex, multi-tenant enterprise SaaS applications, including backend REST servers, database schemas, greenfield architectures, deployments, technical design, code reviews, and roadmap input. The engineer will collaborate with product, data science, UX, and client teams while using modern AI and agentic development tools. The position requires at least five years of engineering experience, Python expertise, systems design, relational database, and multi-tenant backend experience, with a base salary of $200,000–$225,000 plus bonus and equity.
