The Codest is hiring a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Python and routing algorithms to support the design and scaling of high-throughput services for a large European e-commerce platform’s Delivery Optimization Engine. The role focuses on backend and routing development, geospatial data, cloud and data platforms, microservices, infrastructure, and logistics optimization. It requires at least four years of commercial Python and SQL backend experience, logistics or routing knowledge, geospatial coding experience, cloud and infrastructure familiarity, and a B2+ English level. The position is on a B2B contract paying 20–25k PLN, with monthly work from the Warsaw office.
