Concord is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build analytical and optimization software for a large North American energy operations client. The role combines system architecture, rapid prototyping, full-stack ownership, AI-assisted development, DevSecOps, reliability, and technical leadership. It requires at least 10 years of professional software engineering experience, strong Python application development skills, production AI/LLM experience, cloud infrastructure experience, CI/CD expertise, and modern frontend capability. The position is based in St. Paul, Minnesota or Juno Beach, Florida, with occasional office visits, and offers $160,000–$180,000 in salary or $75–$85 per hour in W-2 hourly compensation.
