Darktrace is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join R&D teams in Cambridge and London, with a hybrid arrangement requiring attendance in the Cambridge office at least two days per week. The role focuses on prototyping and developing innovative products and services, collaborating with engineers, designers, project coordinators, and technical strategists, and advancing methods for defending against unknown cyber-attacks. Candidates should have a solution-focused and analytical approach, programming skills, knowledge of cyber-security and malware forensics, experience with statistical analysis of static or dynamic systems, familiarity with Docker and containerisation, and experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Rust, or C++.
