Description
digiLab is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure backend systems for its Uncertainty Engine. The role owns software architecture through deployment, uses AWS, Python, MongoDB, FastAPI, CI/CD, site reliability engineering, RESTful APIs, and incident investigation, and may support frontend work. Candidates need significant production software experience, deep Python expertise, AWS infrastructure-as-code experience, a degree in computer science or a related field, and experience with DevOps, MLOps, testing, and agile collaboration. The position is on-site in Exeter or Bristol, with standard working hours Monday to Thursday and benefits including BUPA private health care.
