CoStar Group is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Quality Engineering in Richmond, Virginia, for an onsite Monday-through-Thursday and work-from-home Friday arrangement. The role focuses on AI-enabled quality engineering, automated testing, test design, defect triage, release validation, and improving software quality across the SDLC. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience with agentic engineering and AI-assisted development tools, SQL and T-SQL skills, and experience testing mission-critical relational database and enterprise applications. The position offers a base salary of $130,000 to $170,000 annually and does not provide visa sponsorship.
