RVO Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in the Charlotte Metro Area, Fort Mill, South Carolina, with a hybrid schedule involving office work Tuesday through Thursday and optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays. The role leads the end-to-end design, development, implementation, testing, debugging, and improvement of user-facing software systems, collaborates with product, design, and engineering stakeholders, and mentors junior and mid-level engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of software development experience focused on user-facing applications, and three or more years of expert-level experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, along with experience in software testing and AI-assisted code generation.
