Description

PolicyMe is hiring an AI-Driven Full Stack Engineer to design and develop full-stack features for an AI-powered web application, define AI/ML architecture, research and prototype AI technologies, and ensure secure, scalable cloud systems. The role spans Python, React, Redux, PostgreSQL, n8n, LangChain/LangGraph, and AWS, and includes mentoring junior and intermediate engineers. Candidates need at least five years of full-stack web development and production AI/ML experience, expertise in AI domains such as NLP or computer vision, and experience with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and microservices. The position is remote-first with an option to work from home or PolicyMe’s Toronto office, and offers total target cash compensation of $160,000–$195,000 CAD.
