Simundia is hiring a Senior Engineer to help define the company's technical direction alongside the CTO. The role combines technical roadmap planning, developer experience and AI adoption initiatives, and hands-on design and implementation of product features. The engineer will participate in code reviews, share knowledge with peers, and work in a collaborative product-development environment. The position requires at least six years of software development experience, strong technical leadership, and strong AI adoption; Ruby on Rails and developer experience experience are bonuses. The role includes two days of remote work per week and an interview process involving calls, a pair-programming session, and a meeting at the company office.
