PAIR Finance is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end backend development for its AI-driven debt-collection platform. The role focuses on designing and running proof-of-concepts, developing and optimizing Ruby on Rails services, contributing to high-level architecture, and deepening knowledge of In-Court and After-Court legal processes. The engineer will work independently, collaborate with product, use AI-augmented development tools, and contribute to the company’s AI-based platform. The position is based in Berlin with a hybrid working policy and offers visa sponsorship.
