DaCodes is hiring a Staff/Principal Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of complex SaaS implementation tools and services, make end-to-end architectural decisions, diagnose and resolve database, application, and API bottlenecks at scale, design APIs and distributed services, use AI coding agents, mentor engineers, and own complex technical problems from discovery through production. The role requires 10 years of experience, strong performance and data, distributed-systems, backend, and engineering-practices expertise, and offers remote or home-office work with project-based scheduling.
