SuiteSpot is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale SAM, an AI agent for resident maintenance. The role owns full-stack features across Node.js services, Angular frontends, MongoDB, and the AI agent layer, while tuning agent behavior, improving voice and chat quality, maintaining production reliability, investigating customer issues, and contributing to architecture and engineering direction. Candidates need at least five years of engineering experience, platform-level AI experience, and familiarity with Node.js, Angular, MongoDB, AWS, message queues, pub/sub, or caching.
